Confidentiality & Privacy Statement

All psychological services are conducted in accordance with professional ethical standards. Information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse of a child or vulnerable person, or legal court orders).

Client records are securely stored and accessed only for professional purposes. Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Fees, session length, and service arrangements will be explained prior to commencement.
